Situation:

An electrical cabinet manufacturer in India was having problems with leaking window gaskets that allow corrosion to streak the paint finish.

Compression set in cork window gaskets allows moisture leaks to corrode cabinet frames

Solution:

The client needed an adhesive that bonds and seals glass to painted metal doors and also withstands long term weather exposure and TEROSTAT MS 930 was recommended. The Henkel solution resolves paint streaking issue by supplying a superior window adhesive and sealant. Inventories of multiple gaskets and glass fasteners are reduced as well.
