LOCTITE® PC 7383™ is an innovative solution that bonds to both metal and rubber substrates and provides superior impact and abrasion resistance. The solvent-free, two component, room temperature cure coating can be applied to vertical surfaces or the underside of horizontal surfaces without slumping or falling off and allows repairs to be done faster than traditional rubber repair methods.
